Gary O’Gorman – Principal
Gary has over 30 years experience in dealing with all aspects of Family and De Facto Law having practised in this area of law, firstly, at the New South Wales Bar as a Barrister and now as a Solicitor.
In the past 20 years Gary has been involved in some very complex Family Law and De Facto Law matters in the Family Court, the Federal Magistrates Court, the Federal Circuit Court, the Supreme Court and the District Court involving both property and parenting issues.

Marie Carney – Solicitor LLB, LLM (Syd.), Master of Applied Law (Family Law)
Marie practises in all areas of Family Law and De Facto Law and has a particular interest in children’s matters. Marie completed a second Masters Degree in 2011 in Applied Family Law, at the College of Law, Sydney and was awarded the “Sandra Paul Memorial Prize” as the best graduating student with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA).
Marie’s extensive knowledge of Family and De Facto Law and broad general experience enables her to provide her clients with sound, practical legal advice, tailored specifically to their needs.
